An Historic Set capturing Early Jungle and Drum and Bass
In a new series we have jointly developed, Peshay will be revisiting some of his classic and previously unheard live sets, and soundboard remastering them, for release in the coming months.
First up, we revisit an early jungle drum and bass set Peshay played live for Dance Paradise 1993. Dance Paradise were a rave organisation based in Lowestoft, Norfolk, United Kingdom. They began promoting raves in 1990 with nights originally held at The Ocean Rooms in Gorleston before moving to the now-famed Tiffany’s in Great Yarmouth.
This is the full soundboard remastered audio from Dance Paradise on 31st July 1993 at Tiffany’s in Great Yarmouth.
Peshay recalls “It’s 30 years since I played this set and I can remember it like it was yesterday. I played Tiffany’s many times over the years it was a great venue and always packed out with a great team headed up by the ever-friendly Aleccos. Enjoy the mix.”
