Haunted House by Peshay is a Jazz infused trip-hop vibe that is as moody as it is uplifting. Peshay was of course in the mid-90s signed to Mo Wax. Peshay recalls that time as a remarkably interesting period in that he met and got to know DJ Shadow extremely well. Having been on tour with Mo Wax in the same year, Peshay soon built up a good rapport with DJ Shadow, discussing all things music while traveling through Europe performing in various venues. Peshay recalls having lengthy conversations about music production and all things music-related. So, by making Haunted House, Peshay says he remembers his time with Josh fondly and this track is a testament back to those days.
